Have you sold homes like mine?
If it’s a detached home, semi, townhouse or condo in Oak Ridges, Richmond Hill or nearby York Region, almost certainly. That’s most of what I do. If yours is outside my lane, like a commercial property, a vacant lot or a triplex or fourplex, I’ll tell you right away and connect you with someone who specializes in it. Either way, you’ll get a straight answer.
Do you work in my area?
My home base is Oak Ridges and Richmond Hill. That’s where I do most of my property tours and sales research, and where I volunteer with the Oak Ridges Lions Club. I regularly work across York Region Aurora, Newmarket, King City and help clients moving to or from the rest of the GTA and Simcoe County. Not sure if you’re in range? Just ask.
